No fewer than 90 square metres of living space await you on the first floor of the house – an enchanting apartment for two, modern yet wonderfully cosy. It has a separate entrance with a beautiful door carved in the style traditional of the Darss peninsula. Before you ascend the stairs to the first floor, there is an entrance hall where you can hang up your jackets and leave your shoes. In the cupboard under the stairs you can find garden furniture, a vacuum cleaner and other household items. A second door leads to the boiler room in which a washer-dryer is available for guests\u2019 use.<\/p>\n

Upstairs is a light, welcoming, 40 square-metre living-dining room with a high-quality, modern fitted kitchen. You can enjoy the wonderful glow of the fire both from the sofa and from the dining table. The panoramic, sunroom-style windows offer idyllic views of the lagoon. Wooden floorboards, sloping walls and timber beams create a snug, cosy ambience, while the 3.60 metre-high ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness. Leading off the small entrance hall are a WC and a generously-sized bedroom, which also offers enough space for a cot (travel cot and highchair are available on request). The king-size bed is extra-long (1.80 m x 2.10 m) \u2013 perfect for taller guests, just like the rest of the apartment which features higher doorways, toilets, washbasins and kitchen units. The spacious marble bathroom with a walk-in shower offers direct access to the sauna.<\/p>\n

Technology: Flat-screen, satellite TV, DVD player, multimedia system with iPod connection, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washer in the laundry room (for shared use), free Wi-Fi<\/p>\n

Marble in the bathrooms, parquet flooring, child-friendly (travel cot with mattress, high chair, staircase safety gate, children\u2019s books), non-smoking, no pets allowed, 1 car-parking space available<\/p>\n

NB: Should you wish to bring your own bed linen, please note that the duvets are a special size: 155 x 220 cm.<\/p>\n
